A Yummy Zesty & Fresh Burst of Flavors Salad To Make This Summer!
A refreshing type of salad that's cooling and revitalize your zesty tastebuds. This salad is dedicated to those who enjoy a quick and easy vibrant tuna salad for lunch or dinner. It's delicious, pure of nourishment and healthiness in a bowl. Can be eaten hot or cold, but my preference for now is cold because of the hot weather! The best part of this salad is that it's super easy to make, a perfect side dish for a friends/family gathering and its super adjustable to your needs or favorite ingredients.
BONUS: You can make your own quick salad dressing and something that I forgot to mentioned on my recipe. ADD DILL for more FRESHNESS,
THE MORE YOU KNOW:
Dill is a herb, looks like fluffy grass, available all year around, you can buy it fresh or dried. Dill is very aromatic and the taste is spectacular... it resembles a citrus-like flavor and smell; this is why it pairs well with seafoods, perfect with tuna or any type of seafoods.
NOTE: DON'T FORGET TO ADD THE FRESH DILL or DRIED DILL TO THIS SALAD!
INGREDIENTS SWAPS LIST:
GREEK YOGURT CAN REPLACE THE MAYO.
ANY TYPE OF PASTA like ORZO, ZITTI, PENNE, CAVATAPPI, FARFALLE and so on.
PEAS, CHOPPED SPINACH, CORN, ZUCCHINI BROCCOLI (CHOICES IS ENDLESS).
SALMON or SARDINES can REPLACE THE TUNA.
EATEN and/or SERVED HOT OR COLD, THE CHOICE IS YOURS!
USE DIFFERENT TYPES OF HERBS.
