Yum+ Easy Breakfast Tacos

#Breakfast shouldn't be so complex!

Let's whip-up a quick #flavorful Breakfast Tacos that's made of #eggs and #veggies with salt(s) and spice(s).

#Tacos is a very traditional Mexican dish! "Muchas Gracias Mexico Lindo!" It's very diverse in the making, many ingredients can be swap with others. In addition, Tacos are very hands-on dish and very yummy, especially when you make the perfect combinations of ingredients.

Let's begin this #YumIsoYum journey y'all! Grab your supplies and let's prepare the "BEST TACOS BREAKFAST EVER"!!!

As a reminder, "Food is Culture; Food is Art." ...this is one of my old-time sayings! And remember, "Respect people's foods and cultures by celebrating their foods and traditions." This amazing quick recipe will bring joy, satisfaction and most of all you will accomplish a "new recipe" provided by yours truly. You are welcome!

Before we begin, please tell me what is not to like? You have corn tortillas, eggs, veggies and FLAVORS. It's a perfectly balanced, healthy-dish to start your day and break that fast! #YUMISOYUM .

Directions for your next awesome Breakfast Tacos!

Gather your #Kitchenware:

  1. Skillet

  2. Knife

  3. Cutting-Board

  4. Spatula

  5. Bowl


  • 1 cup of Mushrooms (sliced)

  • 1 Tomato (Sliced)

  • 3 Scallions (Sliced)

  • Dash of Black Pepper

  • 2 Tsp of Onion Chives Salt (1/2 tsp of the mushrooms + 1/2 tsp for tomatoes then 1 tsp for the whipped eggs)

  • 1 Tbsp of Butter

  • 4 Eggs (Whipped)

  • 4 Tbsp of Milk

  • 1 Tsp of Red Hot Chili Flakes

  • 1/4 cups of Mozzarella Cheese

  • 8 Tortillas

  • "Crema" or Sour Cream

Prepping the Ingredients.
Butter+Knife | Sliced Tomatoes+Mushrooms


  1. In a heated skillet, add butter, sliced mushroom, cook for 1-2 minutes until golden-brown color, then drizzle the 1/2 of tsp of onion chives salt.

  2. Add the sliced tomatoes, drizzle 1/2 tsp of onion salt, cook for 2 minutes until tender and golden-brown.

  3. In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk until airy, add the splash of milk whisk some more, drizzle the rest of the onion chives, salt, red hot chili flakes, black pepper, and cook until your preference and for last add the mozzarella or any type of cheese.

  4. Time to heat up the tortillas, your way, your style. (Unless you need some good advice comment below.)

  5. Assemble the Breakfast Tacos: Here's my method: Tortilla, Scrambled Eggs with veggies, topped with Crema or sour cream, you can also add some salsa verde!
