Well, this sandwich will change your minds. It's mind-blowing with delicious umami characteristic flavors, complexity and balance in tastes, it's superior than other sandwiches especially for those seafood fans or pecasterians. The best part is that it's super easy to whipped up! As promised on social media (Instagram) on my #reels ... that I was going to provide this simple recipe on my blog, so here you go my foodie friends!

Gather the ingredients (Tin-Sardines, Fresh Hoagie Breads, Onion, Tomatoes, Lime, Mayo, Vinegar, Salt, and Black Pepper).
In a small dish make the vinaigrette (Salt, Black Pepper, and Vinegar)
Slice thinly the Onion and Tomatoes.
Grab your Fresh Rolls (Hoagie Breads) sliced open (optional lightly toast) then spread some Mayo on the bread.
Open the Tin-Sardines (I bought deboned with extra virgin olive oil style) prep it your way, your style. Add lime juice and then start adding the vinaigrette to transform your tin-sardines, tomatoes and onions.
Assemble your sandwich, and now it's ready to enjoy.
Note: Servings is for 2, unless you want to devour it yourself.
You can use any type of bread, rolls, kaiser or Italian bread.
