Sharing my YUM+ FLUFFIEST PANCAKES EVER ! It's super easy to make and very customizable. This was made with simple clean ingredients that can be interchanged with your diet needs.

FLUFFY PANCAKES YUM+


OPTIONS FOR THIS YUM+ FLUFFIEST PANCAKES EVER:

  • Flours: All Purpose Flour, Gluten-free , Almond, Rice, Nut Flours etc.

  • Sugars: Maple, Coconut, Light Brown Sugar, Date Sugar etc.

  • Milks: Regular, Plant-based like almond, oats, pistachio, walnut etc .

  • Yogurt: Greek yogurt, Yogurt, Probiotics yogurt, Kiefer etc.

  • Oils: MCT oils, Avocado Oil, Olive Oil, Coconut Oi, Butter etc.



Recipe for small portion of pancakes


Servings: 2-3" Size

Portions: 20 mini pancakes


Directions:

  1. In a bowl, sift dry ingredients.

  2. Second bowl, mix the wet ingredients.

  3. Combine both wet into the dry bowl.

  4. Mix until well combined ( DO NOT OVER-MIXED ).

  5. Let it rest for 5 minutes, Preheat the skillet.

  6. Cook until the first bubbles appear then flip.

  7. Enjoy with fresh fruit and maple syrup.
